Lucky Whiskey Sour

Lucky Whiskey Sour is far from your typical green drink. OK. It’s totally a cliche on St. Patrick’s Day but it’s a really tasty cliche that you’ll want to drink with or without the green dye. The key is to use the Homemade Sweet and Sour Mix. It takes no time at all to make and the fresh flavor is like nothing that will come in a bottle from the store.


  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 4 oz Homemade Sweet Mix Sour Mix
  • green food coloring
  • ice
  • maraschino cherries


  1. add ice to a shaker
  2. pour in the whiskey and Homemade Sweet and Sour Mix
  3. dip a toothpick into green food coloring and then swish the toothpick into the drink mixture
