Vanilla Pound Cake with Nutella Swirl

Vanilla pound cake with nutella swirl. It’s a delicious vanilla scented cake hints of nutella chocolate spread throughout.


  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 oz (or half the 13.5 oz jar) Nutella


  1. Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a 9 x 5 loaf pan, dust the insides with flour and tap out the excess. Set aside for later use.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, beat the eggs and the vanilla until just combined, set aside for later use. In another medium size bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together. Set that aside as well.
